General Admission tickets provide Standing Room Only (SRO) access. No seating is included with General Admission. Seating is available only with the purchase of a VIP Table package.

No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Tickets cannot be refunded due to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, weather, or any other circumstance.

Zero-Tolerance Smoking Policy

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere inside La Flaca.

This includes:

• Marijuana/Cannabis
• Vape devices
• E-cigarettes
• Any other smoking or electronic smoking products

Anyone found smoking or vaping inside the venue will be immediately removed without refund.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Unauthorized or fraudulent credit card chargebacks for valid ticket purchases may result in:

• Permanent ban from future La Flaca events
• Submission of purchase records and event attendance documentation to your card issuer to dispute the chargeback
• Responsibility for any collection costs, administrative fees, or legal expenses permitted by law

Right to Refuse Service

La Flaca reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or violates venue policies. Guests removed from the venue for policy violations will not receive a refund.
